I grant Messy Marvels permission to capture photographs of my child/children while they participate in workshops, sessions, and/or parties. Messy Marvels has permission to use these photographs for any legal use including but not limited to: Publicity, copyrighted purposes, illustrations, advertising, web content and social media platforms. Furthermore, I understand that no royalties, fees, or any other compensation shall become payable

to me by reason of such use.
